Chiba City and My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU go together like chips and gravy, or Hime and Yuzu, and to help tighten this bond further, Japan Post will be collaborating with the series and its creator Wataru Watari to launch a stamp collection exclusively sold in post offices in Chiba City and Ichihara City.

Watari attended a ceremony for the launch of the stamps, which feature characters from SNAFU in front of local landmarks, at his old school, which fans of the series might be familiar with from the series itself. The series creator posted photos from the ceremony on his Twitter account.

The 2,000 yen (US$15) collection comes with a stamp sheet, clear cards in a social media-like style, a postcard, a B5 card and an envelope with a commemoration on it. 133 Japan Post offices in Chiba and Ichihara will be getting the My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU designs in on June 17 until stocks run out. They’ll also be available online until June 25, but with only 2,000 sets becoming available, they’ll be a hot item to travel to Chiba to get.
