After revealing over a week ago she had COVID-19, Japanese voice actor Maaya Uchida, who is best known for voicing Katarina Claes in My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, Rikka Takanashi in Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions, Norman in THE PROMISED NEVERLAND, announced on Twitter last night that she has recovered from the virus and had returned to work, stating “It has been very tough.”

Translation of Tweet:

I’m back!
I have had to take a break due to getting COVID-19, but I’m back today!
It has been very tough!!!!
I’m so glad to be back!

I will do my best again from today, thank you all for the support!

Uchida tested positive for COVID-19 on May 8 after taking a PCR test a previous day at a medical institution. Due to the positive result, Uchida’s weekly internet radio show went on break on May 9 and May 16, instead rebroadcasting the show that was previously streamed on May 2.
