As previously reported, Made in Abyss held a live stream tonight ahead of the series’ second season premiere in July to give more information on the continuing adaptation of Akihito Tsukushi‘s manga … and they delivered! Revealed tonight was the second trailer for Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun, which previewed the new opening theme “Katachi (Shape)” from Riko Azuna, and the ending theme from Myth & Roid.
Alongside Riko Azuna performing the opening theme to Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun, Myth & Roid will be singing the ending theme “Endless Embrace.”

Made in Abyss season 2 is currently set to premiere this July with Sentai streaming the series. The first TV anime inspired by Akihito Tsukushi’s fantasy adventure manga was aired for 12 episodes from July to September 2017, and its two compilation films, Journey’s Dawn and Wandering Twilight followed in January 2019. Then, an all-new film Dawn of the Deep Soul was released in January 2020.
