The 15th anniversary festivities for Code Geass continue, with events, collaborations, and further rebroadcasts of the popular series. Today, it was announced that the second season will be televised again in Japan this summer… and we’re assured that’s no joke.
The franchise’s official Twitter dropped the news, coupled with a sparkling key visual for the show’s anniversary. The visual dropped a couple of days ago, making its way onto fresh merch in advance of the announcement.

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 will begin its anniversary run in July 2022 on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS. Details will be announced at a later date.
