We get to see more sides of Shikimori ahead of Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie‘s premiere next month, thanks to this newly released trailer that also previews the anime’s main cast and opening theme song:

Nasuo☆ is making her anime debut with “Honey Jet Coaster” for the opening theme, while Yuki Nakashima (The Strongest Sage with the Weakest Crest ED) will perform “Route BLUE” for the ending theme.

Based on the manga by Keigo Maki, Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie is being directed by Ryota Ito (My Senpai is Annoying) and Shohei Yamanaka (Remake Our Life!) at studio Doga Kobo, with series composition by Yoshimi Narita (Dance Dance Danseur) and character designs by Ai Kikuchi (How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?).

Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie will be simulcast from April 9 on Crunchyroll, who describes the series as:
