The adorable bean of a ghost Yurei-chan and her “prey” Fushihara-san start spooking up screens on April 7, but ahead of the premiere, the fourth trailer for Miss Shachiku and the Little Baby Ghost (known in Japan as Shachiku-san wa Youjo Yurei ni Iyasaretai.) was released previewing the ending theme song “Kikoeru? (Do you hear me?).”
The original Miss Shachiku and the Little Baby Ghost manga by Imari Arita is serialized by Square Enix in their Monthly Shonen Gangan manga magazine. The story follows Fushihara-san, an overworked office worker (known as a Shachiku-san) who hears a tiny voice telling her to go home when she works past midnight one night. The voice belongs to Yurei-chan, an adorable girl ghost, but Fushihara-san doesn’t want to leave because Yurei-chan is too cute.
The Miss Shachiku and the Little Baby Ghost TV anime is being directed by Ku Nabara with scripts by Deko Akao and features animation production at project No.9. It begins on April 7 on Japanese TV.
