The four-panel slice of life manga BLEND-S is coming to an end, the Manga Time Kirara Twitter revealed overnight as its latest issue of spin-off magazine Manga Time Kirara Carat released in stores in Japan, which had Miyuki Nakayama’s manga on the cover.

The April issue of Manga Time Kirara Carat, which was released in stores on February 28, confirmed that there are only three more chapters of BLEND-S to go, including the chapter inside that issue. The final chapter of the series will be released in the June issue of the magazine, which is set to be released at the end of April.

Miyuki Nakayama’s BLEND-S began in Manga Time Kirara Carat in October 2013 and has so far released seven collected volumes inside Japan. Sol Press released the first volume in English before going radio silent, with BookWalker removing the series from its manga service in February 2022 due to a request from the Japanese publisher. The series inspired a TV anime series that started on October 8, 2017, and was streamed right here on Crunchyroll, which describes the series as such:

Tsundere, Imouto (little sister type), etc. are only a few of the personas that the café waitresses play out here. And the new hire Maika, is asked by the store manager to play none other than the super sadist!? As she becomes devoted to her work, her super sadist persona blooms unexpectedly… Everything is a treat – even being stomped on – in this outrageous working comedy.
